Jockey Club VR Project for Chinese Language Education participated in the ‘Learning and Teaching Expo 2024’. During the exhibition, the teaching resources provided by our project were showcased, including mixed reality VR headsets, cardboard VR glasses, printed teaching kits and students’ exemplary works, allowing visitors to experience our VR teaching materials.
Students from 6 project schools were present to introduce the project and share their learning outcomes with visitors. Moreover, a keynote seminar and 3 teaching sharing sessions were held, and participants could gain a deeper understanding of the philosophy, practical approaches and effectiveness of using VR to learn Chinese.
